Justin’s Story

JRK Flooring began with one craftsman, a single sander, and a deep commitment to doing things the right way. Founder Justin Kelley started the business with a simple belief: homeowners deserve more than fast jobs and empty promises, they deserve lasting results from people they can trust.

Born and raised in the Kansas City area, Justin combines hands-on experience with formal training from the National Wood Flooring Association and Bona Certified Craftsman Program. He believes true craftsmanship means blending technical expertise with personal accountability, which is why he personally oversees every project JRK completes. His leadership has built JRK Flooring into a name synonymous with professionalism, reliability, and excellence.
